NEW GENERAL PLAN AND FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT— <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Tom Passanisi, Principal Planner noted the New General Plan and Final Environmental <br /> Impact Report (EIR) were ready for final review and recommendations. He went over <br /> the importance of this New General Plan as a blueprint for the community. He read into <br /> the record the roles of the Planning Commission and the City Council. The Planning <br /> Commission's role tonight is to make recommendations to the City Council regarding <br /> whether or not to certify the General Plan EIR and adopt the proposed New General <br /> Page 1 of 12 <br />
