If following <br /> completion of the CEQA analyses and feasibility studies, the City and County desire to <br /> proceed with acquisition of the Chemical Way Site and development of a new jail facility <br /> at that location, subsequent agreements, permits and discretionary approvals will be <br /> needed. <br />
