6.1 F <br /> Page 7 <br /> F. Evaluation. Partner Organization shall participate as necessary <br /> with all Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco or Public Allies, Inc. evaluation <br /> programs and projects. This includes, but is not limited to, defining and gathering <br /> specific data required, including reporting procedures, quality control, analysis and <br /> interpretation, and other elements necessary and appropriate for the evaluation of the <br /> Program. Partner Organization will evaluate each Ally's individual performance at the <br /> end of each program time for a complete and programmatic evaluation of the Program. <br /> G. Fiscal Recording/Reporting Requirements. The financial <br /> management systems employed with respect to the Program shall be structured to <br /> provide for accurate, current and complete disclosure of financial information. <br /> Furthermore, Partner Organization shall keep such additional records as Public Allies <br /> Silicon Valley/San Francisco or Public Allies, Inc. may require to permit the tracing of <br /> funds to ensure that they have not been spent contrary to this Agreement or unlawfully. <br /> H. Other Reporting and Notification. Partner Organization will provide <br /> Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco or Public Allies, Inc., upon its request, with <br /> time logs or other relevant data, regarding the performance of the Ally or Allies placed <br /> with Partner Organization, as Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco or Public Allies, <br /> Inc. may need to gather on the achievement of AmeriCorps performance measures <br /> under the Program. In addition, Partner Organization will promptly notify Public Allies <br /> Silicon Valley/San Francisco if an Ally placed with it exhibits erratic attendance, is <br /> injured, alleges harassment or otherwise stops or quits reporting to work. <br /> I. Nondiscrimination. In carrying out its part of the Program, Partner <br /> Organization shall not discriminate against any Ally or Program applicant because of <br /> race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or any other <br /> characteristic protected by local, State or Federal law. Partner Organization shall take <br /> affirmative action to ensure that applicants are treated during the Program without <br /> regard to their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or <br /> any other characteristic protected by local, State or Federal law and eliminate the <br /> effects of past discrimination. Such action shall include, but not be limited to the <br /> following: employment, upgrading, demotion or transfer; recruitment or recruitment <br /> advertising; layoff or termination; alteration of rates of pay or other forms of <br /> compensation; and selection for the Program. Partner Organization shall post in <br /> conspicuous places, available to Allies and applicants, notices setting forth the <br /> provisions of this nondiscrimination clause. Partner Organization shall state that all <br /> qualified applicants will receive consideration for Ally Positions without regard to race, <br /> color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or any other <br /> characteristic protected by local, State or Federal law. <br /> J. Reasonable Accommodations and Accessibility. Partner <br /> Organization will operate its Program so that it is readily accessible to and usable by <br /> any Ally who may suffer from a disability and it will operate the Program in compliance <br /> with the Americans with Disabilities Act and its implementing regulations. <br /> Public Allies Partner Organization Agreement 2010-2011 5 <br />
