The <br /> design would have to be approved by the Agency and generally be consistent with the <br /> conceptual prototypes. A list of pre-approved design consultants would be developed <br /> that may include architects, graphic designers, interior designers, and window <br /> designers depending upon the improvements required. If an applicant selects a design <br /> consultant not on the pre-approved list, the selection must be approved by staff to <br /> receive Agency assistance. The DAS grants would only be provided to successful SIP <br /> grant applicants and the terms for reimbursement would be included in the GMA. <br /> For easy reference, Attachment 3 compares the current programs to the proposed <br /> modified programs. It also includes a sample grant/cost sharing analysis (Attachment <br /> 3a). <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> 1. Leave the programs as they are. <br /> 2. Propose different or other modifications.
