ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> (Redwood Family Transitional Housing) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this, day of 2010, <br /> by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ( "City ") and Shelter Network of San Mateo County, <br /> a California nonprofit organization ( "Contractor "; collectively the "Parties "). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, including <br /> the program described in Exhibits "A" ( "Programs "), and "B" ( "Quantitative Goals "), <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br /> the program described in Exhibit B, for residents of City during the fiscal year <br /> commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011 (the "Fiscal Year "); and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Seventy Six Thousand Eight Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($76,800.00) consisting of <br /> the sum of $40,000 from CDBG Funds and $36,800 from General Funds, for exclusive <br /> use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, <br /> 2011, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS; ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. Contractor will use the <br /> funds provided pursuant to Paragraph 1 solely for the Project purposes described in <br /> Exhibit A ( "Programs ") and Exhibit B ( "Quantitative Goals "), attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> ATTY /AGR/2010.076 <br /> 080310 1 <br />
