Tasks 5 -10: <br /> 3) Mark two (2) proposed boring locations (at former B -2 and B -4 borings) with white paint, and clear $4800 (max) <br /> boring locations by contacting Underground Service Alert. <br /> 4) Schedule field work with City of Redwood City and SMCoGPP. Task 11: $2200 <br /> 5) Under direction of a Professional Geologist, contract with Environmental Control Associates, a C -57 <br /> licensed driller to drill two (2) soil borings on subject property to first - encountered groundwater using a Task 12: $500 <br /> dual tube sampling system. <br /> 6) Collect up to four (4) soil samples (includes duplicates) per boring for potential laboratory analyses. <br /> 7) Collect a grab groundwater sample and a duplicate groundwater sample from each boring. <br /> 8) Upon completion of soil and groundwater sampling, seal boreholes with neat Portland cement grout to <br /> surface. <br /> 9) Submit soil and groundwater samples to a California- certified laboratory. <br /> 10) Direct lab to initially analyze two (2) groundwater samples for Total Extractable Petroleum <br /> Hydrocarbons as Diesel and Motor Oil with a silica gel cleanup via EPA Methods 3630/8015M and <br /> two (2) groundwater samples for Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) via EPA Method 8270C with a pre - <br /> filtration step. <br /> 11) Based upon the results of the groundwater analyses, if needed, direct the lab to analyze up to <br /> four (4) soil samples for Total Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Diesel and Motor Oil with a silica <br /> gel cleanup via EPA Methods 3630/8015M and up to four (4) soil samples for Polyaromatic <br /> Hydrocarbons (PAHs) viaEPA Method 8270C. <br /> 12) Profile and arrange for disposal of drill soil cuttings at a permitted disposal facility. <br /> Schedule <br /> All tasks completed within four (4) weeks of Customer signed Contract Proposal. <br /> Limitations <br /> Does not include disposal of hazardous waste, or identifying GEI as waste generator on disposal profile <br /> or manifest. <br /> TOTAL LUMP SUM ❑ or ESTIMATED ® PRICE $9,500 (if all <br /> soil samples <br /> analyzed) <br /> Agreement: The Agreement between GEI and Customer will consist of this executed Proposal, and The General Terms and Conditions <br /> of the Agreement between GEI and the Customer (General Terms).
