GEI Schedule <br /> • Complete Boring B -15 in asphalt paved yard at rear of 2065 Broadway, north of abandoned box Of Charges. <br /> culvert in native soils. <br /> • Complete Boring B -16 in City parking lot at former Borings B -4A/ B -4B in native soils. <br /> • Construct new groundwater monitoring well (MW -1 R) adjacent to Well MW -1 in City parking lot. <br /> • Construct new groundwater monitoring well (MW -2) at former Borings B -1AB -1 B in BaeGem <br /> parking lot; <br /> • Construct new groundwater monitoring well (MW -3) in BaeGem parking lot to be arranged in <br /> triangulation with Wells MW-1R and MW -2; <br /> + Collect up to four (4) soil samples per each of the three (3) borings and three (3) wells. <br /> • Collect up to four (4) grab groundwater samples total from the three (3) borings. <br /> • Survey (x,y,z) wells. <br /> • Develop wells and collect initial groundwater samples from the wells. <br /> • Analyze all soil samples for purgeable petroleum hydrocarbons, extractable petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons with a silica gel cleanup, volatile organic compounds and percent moisture. <br /> • Analyze all groundwater samples for purgeable petroleum hydrocarbons, extractable petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons with a silica gel cleanup, volatile organic compounds, chloride and TDS. <br /> • Analyze two (2) water trip blanks for purgeable petroleum hydrocarbons and volatile organic <br /> compounds. <br /> • Arrange for proper disposal of all wastes generated (soil cuttings, groundwater, decon water) in <br /> the performance of the work which will include analyzing a composite soil sample for CAM 17 <br /> Metals and Semi - volatile Organic Compounds. <br /> • Prepare a report with the outdoor site investigation results and recommendations, including <br /> strategy and costs for conducting interior environmental subsurface investigation of 2075 <br /> Broadway. <br />
