8/13/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 143o <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 2001 -2002 SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2001 -2002 Sewer Main <br />Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the 2001 -2002 Sewer Main Replacement Project - City of Redwood City, <br />Redwood City, California ", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development Services /Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, are hereby approved. <br />1`.
