Schedule 12(d) <br /> Hazardous Materials Disclosure <br /> Owner discloses to Optionee that the Real Property is located within 2,000 feet from the real <br /> property commonly known as 70 Chemical Way, Redwood City, California (the "Adjacent <br /> Property "). The Adjacent Property is the subject of on -going groundwater monitoring under the <br /> oversight of the Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Francisco Region.
