6�.2 0- 10 <br />2. The person or persons in charge of the premises <br />where the violations exist. <br />3. The person or persons using the premises where the <br />violations exist. <br />4. If any of those persons are minors, the parent or <br />guardians of such minor(s) will be the responsible party. <br />5. If the person or persons is a business entity, the <br />owner will be a responsible party. If the owner is not present, an <br />administrative citation may be given to an on -site manager, <br />supervisor, or employee on behalf of the business entity. <br />(j) Municipal Code or Code will mean the Redwood City <br />Municipal Code, Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, or any regulation adopted under the <br />authority of this Code. <br />2.1.3 Notice of Violation. <br />Whenever an Enforcement Officer determines that a violation of the <br />Municipal Code exists, the Enforcement Officer may issue a Notice of Violation to a <br />Responsible Party. The Notice of Violation will include the following information: <br />1. The name of the owner of record of the property. <br />2. Street address. <br />3. The Code sections in violation. <br />4. A description of how the property's condition violates the applicable <br />Code section. <br />5. A list of necessary corrections to bring the property into <br />compliance. <br />6. A deadline or specific date to correct the violations listed in the <br />Notice of Violation. <br />7. A reference to the potential consequences should the property <br />remain in violation after the expiration of the compliance deadline <br />including, but not limited to, criminal prosecution, civil injunction, <br />administrative abatement, administrative citations, civil penalties, <br />revocation of permits, recordation of the Notice of Violation and /or <br />withholding of future related municipal permits. <br />F:Atty /Ord /Ord.157.1 <br />020603 4 <br />
