EXHIBIT "A" <br /> USE OF GRANT <br /> Redwood City International Inc. will use the $20,000 grant to host the Redwood City <br /> International Film Festival 2010 which shall include, but is not limited to, the following <br /> activities: <br /> • Secure the rights to show seven Latin films <br /> • Rent the theatres within the downtown Redwood City Century Theaters <br /> • Rent a facility and provide catering for a "Special Event Gala" with invited special <br /> guests for approximately 200 attendees in the downtown. RCI will coordinate the <br /> transportation and accommodations of the special guests. <br /> The Agency, as part of a memorandum of understanding with the City, will contribute up <br /> to $6,000 for direct expenses, including, but not limited to horizontal and vertical banner <br /> installing /removal /modifications, postcards and postage, and advertisements. <br /> ATTY /AG R/2010.117 8 <br /> 10/12/10 <br />
