&2C -b <br />JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />Identical to current adopted Joint Powers Agreement <br />Only changes would be to Section 3 (e), Section 3 (f) and Section 12 to read as follows: <br />Section 3 (e) to correct numbering: <br />(e) Perform any County -Wide activities set forth in this agreement (Sections <br />20., 21., 22.,and 23.). <br />Section 3 (f) to correct numbering: <br />(7) Finance Committee <br />(8) NPDES Committee <br />(9) NPDES Technical Advisory Committee <br />Section 3 (f) added the following: <br />(10) Legislative Committee <br />Section 12. dates changed to reflect reauthorization <br />" Effective Date/ Termination Date This agreement shall be effective on July 1, <br />2003, or upon its execution by the County and by at least eleven (11) cities <br />representing the majority of the population of the County, whichever is later. <br />This agreement shall automatically terminate on December 1, 2007, unless <br />renewed in writing by the County and by at least eleven (11) cities containing a <br />majority of the population of the County. Upon such termination, the provisions <br />of Sections 10 and 11 apply." <br />
