C9 40-27 <br />2.5.4 Satisfaction of Lien. <br />Once payment in full is received by the City for outstanding penalties and <br />costs, the City Clerk will either record a notice of satisfaction or provide any property <br />owner or financial institution having a legal or equitable interest in the property with a <br />notice of satisfaction so they may record this notice with the office of the County <br />Recorder. Such notice of satisfaction will cancel the City's lien. <br />Section 3. That Article III of Chapter 1 of the Redwood City Municipal Code is <br />hereby repealed in its entirety. <br />Section 4.
