TA. \ <br />APPENDIX A — Permit Application Requirements <br />(The Planning Director may amend or add to this list without further Planning <br />Commission or City Council Action) <br />The application shall be accompanied by at least the following information: <br />a. Name, address and contact information for the applicant, architect, engineers and <br />other project team members. <br />b. The legal description of the property. <br />c. A narrative description of the project and its relationship to the Precise Plan. <br />d. Site and Design Materials: <br />1. Seven (7) sets of maps or plats of the building site indicating the location of all <br />existing and proposed structures, fencing, landscaping, walkways, driveways, off - <br />street parking, utility locations, refuse locations, street trees and loading facilities. <br />2. Seven (7) sets of drawings, one (1) of which shall be in color, of the exterior <br />elevations of all buildings. <br />3. The plans shall have sufficient detail through use of plans, drawings or sample <br />boards to show the proposed facade materials, fenestration details, fence <br />design/materials, gate design/materials, exterior lighting and paving materials. <br />4. Special attention shall be given to the design details at the pedestrian level <br />including the building facade, fenestration, unit entries, security gates, street <br />furniture etc. <br />e. Information required for preparation of any environmental review documents, <br />including fees /deposits to cover preparation of such documents. <br />f.
