51 A4 <br />WHEREAS, as required by the laws of the State of California, tenants located on <br />properties to be acquired by governmental entities are entitled to relocation benefits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the sum of one million fifteen thousand dollars ($1,015,000) is <br />hereby appropriated for the cost of relocating those tenants currently located on the <br />Project Site. <br />2. That the aforementioned sum is appropriated for the purpose hereinabove <br />specified for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003, and shall <br />be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purpose during such fiscal year. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1382 2 <br />03/19/03 <br />
