In the interest of developing a long <br />term relationship, we will absorb all costs required to familiarize ourselves with the <br />operations and accounting systems. Additionally, both Partners will be available to provide <br />advice and consultation as necessary to the City. These costs will also be absorbed by the <br />Firm. <br />Total All - Inclusive Maximum Price: <br />For the year ending June 30, 2003 <br />For the year ending June 30, 2004 <br />For the year ending June 30, 2005 <br />Total Professional Fees <br />45,175 <br />47,325 <br />We believe the above All- Inclusive Maximum Price is fair and reasonable to both <br />the City and to the Firm. The above price also includes all direct and ind costs <br />including printing, out -of- pocket expenses and an escalation factor for inflation. <br />Discount: <br />Because of the importance of your City to our strategic plan, we have discounted <br />our normal fee structure and will assume all costs required to familiarize our staff <br />with the City's operational environment. We strongly believe that the City should <br />not be penalized for introducing new auditors to its operation. This discount in <br />fees, already included in the All- Inclusive Maximum Price, amounts to: <br />2003 $ 15,000 <br />2004 7,000 <br />2005 4,000 <br />Total $ 26,000 <br />
