NONDISCRIMINATION In performing services hereunder, Auditor shall <br />comply with Title VI of the Civil Right Act of 1964, as amended. ATTORNEY'S FEES If any legal proceedings are instituted by either of the <br />parties hereto to enforce the terms of this Agreement or to determine the rights of the <br />parties hereunder, the prevailing party shall recover, in addition to court costs, <br />reasonable attorneys' fees. <br />17.
