(�,1 B -4 TASK ORDER NO.5 REDWOOD SHORES LAGOON MANAGEMENT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION This Task Order No. 5 is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following described agreement (the "Agreement "), entered into by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City "), and Waterworks Industries, Inc. (the "Consultant ") hereinafter identified: Title of Agreement: ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND IMPLMENTATION OF THE REDWOOD SHORES LAGOON MANAGEMENT PLAN Consultant: WATERWORKS INDUSTRIES, INC. 5280 BRADSHAW ROAD, SUITE 200 SACRAMENTO, CA 95829 Date of Agreement: September 10, 1999 Task Described Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in addition to those services described in the Agreement. Description of Services See Exhibit "A," attached. 3. Compensation City shall compensate Consultant for the services described in this Task Order based upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in Exhibit "A" and in the original Agreement, a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk's Office, and in an amount NOT TO EXCEED Two Hundred Nine Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($208.740.00 4. Time of Performance Consultant shall perform the services to be provided pursuant to this Task Order on or before December 31, 2003 5. Approval In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved by the City Council of Redwood City on April 7. 2003 , by motion duly made and carried (a copy of the Minute Order evidencing such approval is attached). _Limitation; Incorporation by Reference Except as supplemented or modified hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by this reference, and shall remain in full force and effect.
