This makes the proposal a biparti- <br />san measure with Democrat Steinberg and Republican Campbell teaming to <br />push the measure. In re- <br />sponse, Division leaders convened a brainstorming session to create "Call to <br />Action 2003" - a powerpoint presentation that city leaders from throughout <br />the Division, and elsewhere in the state, can personalize and use to get the <br />message out.
