BUDGET UPDATE from page .......... ............................... <br />- Three extraordinary session bills containing <br />Budget Year (2003 -04) Cost to local govt's <br />mid -year budget adjustments passed both houses <br />and were sent to the Governor on March 14, 2003. <br />Eliminate the Vehicle <br />These bills, containing an estimated $3.3 billion in <br />License Fee (VLF) backfill <br />$2.9 billion <br />budget cuts, were signed by the Governor this <br />week.
