I �, 6.2B <br /> Page 24 <br /> corresponding disclosure categories which should be designated in the Appendix to the <br /> Code for those individuals specified in Exhibits "A through C." <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE AGENCY BOARD �F THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Conflict of Interest Code Adopted. The terms of 2 Cal. Code of Regulations <br /> §18730, as may be amended from time to time by the FPPC, are hereby incorporated <br /> by reference and, along with the attached Exhibits "A through C," constitute the Agency <br /> Code. <br /> 2. Statements of Economic Interest. By April 1 of each year, designated <br /> employees, members of Agency City Boards, Commissions and Committees, and <br /> consultants will file with the Agency Secretary their statements of economic for the prior <br /> � calendar year. The Agency Secretary will be and will perform the duties of the Agency <br /> filing officer. Statements of Economic I nterest will be available for inspection and <br /> reproduction pursuant to Government Code §81008. <br /> 3. Savings Clause. Any change provided for in the Code will not affect or <br /> excuse any offense or act committed or done or omission or any penalty or forfeiture <br /> incurred or accruing under any other conflict of interest code, nor will it affect any <br /> I prosecution, suit, or proceeding pending, or any judgment rendered in connection with <br /> any other conflict of interest code. <br /> 4. Repeal. Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. RD 08-08 and any <br /> amendments thereto related to the Code are hereby repealed in their entirety. <br /> 5. Effective Date.
