Project Sponsor shall provide public access to the charging equipment. <br /> B. Project Sponsor shall provide notif cation to the local public utility prior to commencing <br /> construction or work associated with the installation. <br /> C. Project Sponsor is responsible for assuring alI required local permits and approvals are obtained <br /> for the project. � <br /> D. Project Sponsor is responsible for assuring that the project is operated and maintained in <br /> accordance with local, state and federal requirements. � <br /> E.
