That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, by and <br /> through its Board of Port Commissioners ( "Port of Redwood City ") and Manson <br /> Construction Co., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the Port <br /> Executive Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port Executive Director and the Port <br /> Executive Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively said agreement for and on behalf of the Port of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> 3. Any and all informalities or irregularities in the aforementioned bid of <br /> Manson Construction Co. are hereby waived. <br /> 4.
