CZ <br />The The public use and necessity for the Nalston /Marine Interchange Improvements Project <br />has been established by a number of reports and studies. Copies of all reports and <br />studies are located in the City Engineer's office, are available for review, and are <br />incorporated into the administrative record herein. <br />It is necessary to now begin the acquisition process through initiation of eminent <br />domain proceedings, because of project time constraints, and in case negotiations with <br />Oracle are unsuccessful. The grants for this project have strict time limitations. <br />Prolonged negotiations for the ROW have the possibility of causing the project to miss <br />the funding obligation deadline. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />The RWS -CFD 99 -1 will secure the funding for this acquisition of this project.
