7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and <br />will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is <br />limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If you <br />wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card <br />and give to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo. <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br />7.1 Section —Warrants <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub - section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin No. 16 -2003.
