In the interest of developing a long <br />term relationship, we will absorb all costs required .to familiarize ourselves with the <br />operations and accounting systems. Additionally, both Partners will be available to provide <br />advice and consultation as necessary to the City. We strongly believe that the City should <br /> not be penalized for introducing new auditors to its operation.
