<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. ONE TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT FOR <br />AUDITING SERVICES <br />(Caporicci & Larson) <br /> <br />. This Amendment No. One is entered into and effective as of the I ;Sf" day of <br />('11~ ~~';I;¡-~"~, 2005, extending the agreement dated April 9, 2003 (the <br />~nd between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Caporicci & Larson, an accountancy <br />partnership ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of two (2) years; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1 . The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br />extended for a period of two (2) years through fiscal year ending June 30, 2007. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include <br />coverage for this Amendment. <br /> <br />4.
