PUBLIC COMMENT <br />This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the <br />Chairman. If you wish to address the Agency, please complete a speaker's card (next <br />to agendas) and give it to Agency Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the left of the <br />Agency Board Members). If your subject is not on the agenda, the Chairman will <br />recognize you at this time but the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow <br />action by Agency at this time. If you wish to speak to a subject listed on the agenda <br />you will be recognized by the Chairman at the appropriate time your item of interest is <br />being considered by the Agency. <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the Agency Board <br />Members and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar <br />category is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the <br />Chairman. If you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a <br />speaker's card and give to Agency Volunteer Art Balsamo. <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br />A.
