CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the Agency Board <br />Members and are enacted by one motion and one vote. <br />M/S Hartnett/Ruskin to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br />A. Approve the Minutes of March 24, 2003 as submitted.
