M/S Howard /Hartnett to adjourn until the next City Council meeting of May 5, 2003 in <br />memory of Leo Walsh who died on April 19, 2003. Mr. Walsh was a parishioner of Our <br />Lady of Mount Carmel Church, who worked as a health care administrator for the City <br />and County of San Francisco for 34 years and was active in many organizations. He <br />served on the Redwood City Senior Affairs Commission. His smile and humor brought <br />joy to thousands.
