ENVIRONMENTAL VISION — VISUAL SIMULATION CONSULTANTS <br />Environmental Vision will be responsible for preparation of computer - generated photomontage <br />visual simulations of the proposed project from two (2) City- approved vantage points, for a fee <br />not to exceed $7,200. As a work scope option, Environmental Vision would also be available <br />to complete comparative visual simulations for one or more of the identified project alternatives <br />from the same two vantage points for an additional cost of $1,800 per alternative. <br />D. OTHER SUBCONTRACTORS <br />Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc., noise consultants, will be responsible for the noise impact analysis of <br />the EIR, which will consist primarily of revisions to their noise projections for the Marina Shores <br />Village Proiect EIR to reflect specific impacts associated with the proposed Syufy Project, fora <br />fee not to exceed $3,000. <br />Donald Ballanti, certified consulting meteorologist, will be responsible for the air quality <br />analysis of the EIR, which will primarily involve revisions to the air emissions analysis he <br />prepared for the Marina Shores Village Proiect EIR for a fee not to exceed $1,200. <br />WP9.01634W4.EX4 <br />
