WS will monitor and remove when necessary, predators that are affecting endangered or <br /> threatened species using techniques and tools described in the City's Predator Management <br /> Plan for the Redwood Shores Peninsula. <br /> 7. WS will make recommendations to the City that might reduce predation and enhance <br /> threatened and endangered species on City properties and adjoining properties. <br /> 8. The performance of wildlife damage management actions by APHIS -WS under this <br /> agreement is contingent upon a determination by APHIS -WS that such actions are in <br /> compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, and any <br /> other applicable environmental statues. APHIS -WS will not make a final decision to <br /> conduct requested wildlife damage management actions until it has made the determination <br /> of such compliance. <br /> FINANCIAL PLAN <br /> Salary/Benefits $29,445 <br /> Supplies/Materials $ 4,600 <br /> Vehicle Use $ 7,396 <br /> Support Services $ 6,693 <br /> TOTAL FOR PROJECT S48,134 <br /> WS will attempt to stay within the itemized detail of the Budget Plan, but will retain the ability to shift <br /> funds from one budget item to another, as a result of changing daily needs and to make the project <br /> funding last as long as possible during each year. USDA -WS will not exceed the annual spending limit <br /> established for this project. <br /> The City will furnish funding upon final signature of the Scope of Work/Budget Plan. <br /> In accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act (DCIA) of 1996, bills issued by WS are due <br /> and payable within 30 days of receipt. The DCIA requires that all debts older than 120 days be <br /> forwarded to debt collection centers or commercial collection agencies for more aggressive action. <br /> Debtors have the option to verify, challenge and compromise claims, and have access to administrative <br /> appeals procedures which are both reasonable and protect the interests of the United States. <br />
