<br />All of that certain parcel of land, shown as the Lands of the State of California, as
<br />shown adjacent to Parcel 1, on Parcel Map No.90 -1, Volume 65, Page 42 San Mateo County
<br />Records, situate in City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California,
<br />described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of said Parcel 1, said point lying on the
<br />easterly right -of -way line of Island Parkway;
<br />Thence, leaving said easterly right -of -way line, along the southerly boundary line of
<br />said Parcel 1, N5 5 °43'42 "E, 103.605 meters;
<br />Thence, continuing along said southerly line, along a non - tangent curve to the right,
<br />whose radius point bears, S34°20'29 "E, having a radius of 22.861 meters, through a central
<br />angle of 15 °32'31 ", an arc length of 6.201 meters to the westerly right -of -way line of Oracle
<br />Parkway;
<br />Thence, along the westerly right -of -way line of Oracle Parkway the following two

<br />2) continuing along a curve to the right, whose radius point bears, S622 1'28"W
<br />having a radius of 14.631 meters, through a central angle of 102 °05'53 ", an arc
<br />length of 26.072 meters to the northerly right -of -way line of Route 101, as
<br />described in the dad to the State of California, filed May 12, 1955, recorded in
<br />Book 2795, at Page 374 in the Official Records of San Mateo County;
<br />Thence, along said northerly right -of -way line of Route 101, along a non - tangent
<br />curve to the left, whose radius point bears, S 15 °33'39 "E, having a radius of 281.463 meters,
<br />through a central angle of 18 °42'39 ", an arc length of 91.916 meters to the POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING.;
<br />Containing 697.1 square meters, more or less.
