5.2 A -3 <br />SEVENTH AMENDMENT <br />TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />[GID 1-64] <br />This SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />( "Agreement') is entered into this _ day of May, 2003, by and between REDWOOD <br />SHORES PROPERTIES, a California general partnership ( "RSP "), and the CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />( "City "), for itself and for and on behalf of the REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 -64 ( "District'). <br />RECITALS <br />a. Redwood Shores, Inc., a California corporation ('Redwood Shores "), the <br />City, and the District entered into that certain Development Agreement GID 1 -64, dated <br />June 16, 1982 ( "Development Agreement'), which Development Agreement was <br />recorded on July 8, 1982, as Document No. 82057195 in the Official Records of San <br />Mateo County, California. The real property, which is subject to the Development <br />Agreement, includes all that real property owned by Redwood Shores as of the effective <br />date of the Development Agreement and located within those areas designated as <br />Redwood Peninsula Areas A through I, inclusive. Maps depicting said areas are <br />attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and "A(1) ". The Development Agreement was <br />amended by that certain Amendment to Development Agreement GID 1 -64 between the <br />City, the District and Redwood Shores, dated May 22, 1984, recorded September 17, <br />1984, as Document No. 84- 101669 in the Official Records of San Mateo County, <br />California (the "First Amendment'), and was further amended by that certain Second <br />Amendment to Development Agreement between the City, the District, Redwood <br />F:Atty /Agr /Amend7.GID64 1 <br />050803 <br />
