52 A-5 <br />b. Pursuant to the Second Amendment, the City gave its consent to the <br />assignment to RSP of Redwood Shores' rights in the Amended Development <br />Agreement. <br />C. Pursuant to the Third Amendment, the City gave its consent to extend the <br />term of the Amended Development Agreement for five (5) years from the Termination <br />Date and provided for notices, demands and requests to RSP be sent to Redwood <br />Shores Properties, 1875 S. Grant Street, Suite 1000, San Mateo, California, or such <br />other address as RSP may give to the City by like written notice. <br />d. Pursuant to the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments, the City gave its <br />consent to extend the term of the Amended Development Agreement for two <br />consecutive sixty (60) day periods, and one (1) two hundred forty day (240) period. <br />e. The term of the Amended Development Agreement commenced on the <br />effective date of the ordinance approving it (which was June 23, 1982) and continued <br />for a period of fifteen (15) years to June 23, 1997 (the "Termination Date "); and by said <br />Third Amendment said Termination Date was extended and continued for a period of <br />five (5) years to June 23, 2002; and by said Fourth Amendment, said Termination Date <br />was extended and continued for a period of sixty (60) days to August 23, 2002; and by <br />said Fifth Amendment, said Termination Date was extended and continued for a period <br />of sixty (60) days to October 22, 2002, and by said Sixth Amendment, said Termination <br />Date was extended for a period of two hundred forty days (240) to June 23, 2003.
