attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A". City reserves the right to delete any of the <br />services described in the Proposal. A reasonable deduction (including overhead <br />and profit) shall be made to the contract price in the event of a deduction in the <br />scope of work. Consultant shall perform the Services in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions of this Agreement everything required to be performed, and <br />shall provide and furnish all of the labor, equipment, materials, and tools to <br />perform the services contemplated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. Proposals; Compensation: The following terms and conditions <br />establish the general scope of liability and responsibility that governs this <br />Agreement and/or work authorizations resulting therefrom. The Agreement <br />prices and terms are established hereunder in good faith and are not subject to <br />renegotiation except as herein set forth. <br /> <br /> The total amount of compensation for services rendered and the <br /> reimbursement of costs payable hereunder shall be as respectively set forth in <br /> Exhibit "A."
