-_ ORI$11 L- - <br /> <br /> TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> NO. 3 <br /> <br /> This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and the <br />contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND <br /> IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REDWOOD SHORES <br /> LAGOON MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />Contractor: Waterworks Industries, Inc. <br /> 8868 Lakewood Drive, Suite 184 <br /> Windsor, CA 95492 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: Sept. 10, 1999 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are in <br /> addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> Description of Services: No change in scope of services. <br /> <br />2. ComPensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services described in this <br /> Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as indicated (check and <br /> complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br /> a) X (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based upon the rates of <br /> charge and method of calculation described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Compensation shall be provided as follows: <br /> Dollar value of Task Order No. 3 not to exceed $391,325. <br /> (Dollar value of not-to-exceed agreement increased to $514,730.) <br /> <br />3. Tim~ of Performance. Contractor shall perform the services to be provided <br /> pursuant to this Task Order on or before the following: <br /> <br /> Date of Completion: <br /> Extend date of completion from 6/30/2000 to 12/31/2001. <br /> <br />4. ,Ap_Droval. In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved by <br /> City's City Council on May 22, 2000, by motion duly made and carried (copy of <br /> Minute Order evidencing approval attached). <br /> <br /> <br />
