ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> TASK ORDER NO. 4 <br /> REDWOOD SHORES LAGOON MANAGEMENT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION <br /> <br /> This Task Order No. 4 is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City"), and the <br />contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: ENGINEERING SERVICES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE <br /> REDWOOD SHORES LAGOON MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />Contractor: WATERWORKS INDUSTRIES, INC. <br /> 5280 BRADSHAW ROAD, SUITE 200 <br /> SACRAMENTO, CA 95829 <br /> <br /> Date of Agreement: JANUARY 1, 2002 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are in <br /> addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> Description of Services: <br /> <br /> (See Exhibit "A", attached) <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services described in <br /> this Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as indicated (check and <br /> complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br /> a. X (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based <br /> upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in the original <br /> Agreement and amended herein as Exhibit "B-I" <br /> <br /> b. Notto exceed $ 215,000.00 <br /> <br />3. Time of Performance. Contractor shall perform the services to be provided <br /> pursuant to this Task Order on or before the following: <br /> <br /> Date of Completion: February 28, 2003 <br /> <br />4. Approval. In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved by <br /> Redwood City Council on June 3 ,2002, by motion duly made and carried (copy <br /> of Minute Order evidencing approval attached). <br /> <br />5. Limitation; Incorporation by Reference: Except as supplemented or modified <br /> hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement on the subsequent Task Orders <br /> are hereby incorporated herein by this reference, shall remain in full force and <br /> <br />F:Atty/TO.04.
