as, and shall be, a release to City, and their duly authorized agents, from all <br />claim of and/or liability to Consultant arising by virtue of this Agreement related <br />to those amounts. Disputed contract claims in stated amounts may be <br />specifically excluded by Consultant from the operation of the release. <br /> <br /> 9. A,qreement of Subcontractors. No subcontractor shall be authorized <br />to render any service on the Site unless approved in writing by the City. All <br />contracts for work to be performed at the Site between Consultant and any of its <br />subcontractors are subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 9. Licensin,q. Consultant warrants that it possesses all necessary State <br />and federal licenses and/or permits required and/or necessary to perform the <br />services provided herein. The representations made herein, including the <br />permitting and licensing information hereinafter furnished, are made under <br />penalty of perjury. <br /> <br /> 10. Conflict Between Documents. In the event of a conflict between <br /> this document and Consultant's Proposal, the terms and conditions of this <br /> document shall prevail over the terms and conditions of Consultant's Proposal. <br /> <br /> 11. Payment Terms: Payment of monthly invoices, submitted by <br /> Consultant, is due and payable to Consultant within thirty (30) days of receipt. <br /> City shall notify Consultant of any invoice discrepancies and agrees to pay all <br /> amounts not in dispute within the terms specified herein. <br /> <br /> 12.
