automobile liability (including owned, non-owned and hired), insurance with <br />policy limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each, and professional and <br />contractor's pollution legal liability insurance with policy limits of Two Million <br />Dollars ($2,000,000) each. Certificates of insurance to provide evidence of the <br />above coverage will be provided upon award of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall <br />furnish City (Attn: Public Works Services Director) with certificates and copies of <br />information or declaration pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with <br />respect to evidence of commercial general liability and automobile liability <br />insurance coverage original endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written <br /> notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class <br /> mail; <br /> <br /> (b) Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br /> with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> endorsement); <br /> <br /> (c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, its officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br /> (d) Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance with respect to City, its officers, boards, commissions, <br /> employees and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance <br /> <br /> AGMT-272 7 <br /> F//sh/Redwood~council <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 06/09/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
