Site to be received at finish grade, in a clean condition. <br /> 2. 110 v. electrical supply to the irrigation clock by others. <br /> 3. Planting will begin when water and electrical hookups are complete. If hand watering is required, then add $2500 /month. <br /> 4. Three current sets of plans are required before commencement of work. <br /> 5. Exclusions: Any export of top soil or debris spoils, rock, stone or gravel, site furnishings; through structure piping or wiring, design <br /> fees, permits, demolition, wood/hardscape constructions, area/underground drains, drainage, lighting, traffic control, existing tree & shrub <br /> protection! relocation /retnovaVpruning/maintenance, asphalt, concrete cut/patch/core/bore /removal. <br /> All material will be as specified. Above work to be perfonned in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted. All work to <br /> be completed in a workmanlike manner. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications will be executed only upon written <br /> authorization, and will become an extra cost over and above the original estimate.
