1W:KIJ:mh 7 -18 -60 RESOLUTION NO. 3199 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MARSHALL STREET IMPROVEMENTS) RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, California, that the public interest and convenience require and that it is the intention of this Council to make the following changes and modifications in the acquisitions and improvements and in the proceed- ings had and taken pursuant to Resolution No. 1808 of Intention to Form Parking District in the City of Redwood City and to Issue Bonds to Pay the Costs and Expenses Thereof, Parking District No. 1, adopted December 20, 1954, as follows: 1. Change and modify the work to be done and the plans and specifications therefor and the improvements to be made to include the following work on public ways existing or to be acquired to pro- vide ingress to or egress from Parcel C.1 as described in said pro- ceedings: a) The improvement of Marshall Street between Jefferson Avenue and Main Street by the construction and installation therein of 3 -inch plant -mixed surfacing, 56 feet in width on a 6 -inch crusher -run rock base over 12 -inch imported embank- ment sub -base, concrete curb, gutter, monolithic sidewalk and standard commercial driveway approaches on each side thereof; the raising or lowering of all manholes, valves, lampholes, cleanout frames and covers and appliances to conform to the grades established herein, and the construction of all neces- sary appurtenances thereto. b) The construction and installation of reinforced con- crete catch basins and necessary 15 -inch reinforced concrete pipe for the drainage system and all other necessary appurte- nances to complete the storm drainage system. c) The construction and installation of the street light- ing system complete with 4 electroliers and 4 future stubs, and all necessary appurtenances to complete the street light- ing system. d) The removal of all trees, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, barricades, driveways, headers and all other obstructions in the line of the work. e) The construction and installation of all work and the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary thereto, auxiliary to, or which may be reasonably required to complete any of the work provided to be done in paragraphs a) to d) above.
