R 7:yc:9/12/69 -7 ,_ I <br /> R E S O L U T I Ill 111 <br /> ON NO. 3197 adopted 9/12/60 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT RELATIVE <br /> TO WATER SERVICE FOR THE CORDILLERAS GLEN SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, John D. Tehaney is the owner of five lots which <br /> comprise the Cordilleras Glen Subdivision as designated on that <br /> map of "Tract No. 786, Cordilleras Glen," recorded in the office <br /> of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, in <br /> Volume 53 of Maps, page 23, which property is located in unin- <br /> corporated area adjacent to the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, John D. Tehaney desires to annex said property to <br /> the City of Redwood City and to make connection to the existing <br /> City water main in Cordilleras Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of John D. Tehaney to enter into <br /> a contract with the City of Redwood City to pay for his share of <br /> the cost of water main facilities; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into and <br /> execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that certain agreement <br /> entitled "Agreement" between the City of Redwood City and John D. <br /> Tehaney, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the <br /> office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />
