_ _ <br /> - 0 w <br /> 411 <br /> RESOLUTI ON N 0. 3192 adopted 9/12/60 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING MODIFICATION AND AMENDMENT OF PRO- <br /> CEEDINGS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 3072 <br /> (REGENT STREET EXTENSION) <br /> RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That all protests to the modification of the Engin- <br /> eer's report and Resolution of Intention No. 3183 to modify Reso- <br /> lution of Intention No. 3072 are hereby overruled and denied. <br /> 2. That the Engineer's report heretofore filed with the <br /> City Clerk pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3072 adopted <br /> May 9, 1960 and confirmed by Resolution No. 3103 adopted by the <br /> Council of Redwood City on June 13, 1960, all as amended, is hereby <br /> ordered modified as follows: <br /> (a) Substitute one and one-half inch (1-1/2") water ser- <br /> vices for one inch (1") water services, with a total of thirty (30) <br /> services all as shown on the plans and in the Engineer's report <br /> heretofore filed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3072, at <br /> an increased cost to be determined by the engineer of the work. <br /> 3. That the Engineer is hereby directed to file an amend- <br /> ment to the Engineer's report heretofore filed in order to conform <br /> with the provisions of this resolution. <br /> 4 That except as hereinbefore ordered modified, the En- <br /> gineer's report heretofore filed is hereby ratified and confirmed <br /> and ordered to stand as the report for all of the proceedings con- <br /> ducted pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3072 as modified and <br /> amended. <br /> * * * * <br />
