ii, <br /> III 411 <br /> WHEREAS, at the same time and place, all other <br /> protests against said assessment were heard; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> has jurisdiction to finally determine all protests and other mat - <br /> ters with respect to said assessment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> City resolves as follows: <br /> 1. That all protests to the assessment heretofore <br /> filed with the Clerk of the City of Redwood City to cover the cost <br /> of doing the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 3033 of <br /> the Council of the City of Redwood City are hereby over -ruled and <br /> denied. <br /> 2.
