. . � • RJC:ek:8 /19/60 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 3184 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL MARINA; AND, <br /> AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been submitted to this Council certain <br /> plans and specifications for the construction of improvements <br /> and enlargements to the Redwood City Municipal Marina, prepared <br /> by George S. Nolte, Consulting Civil Engineers; and, <br /> Y g g g <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> advertise for bids for the construction thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications entitled "General Sepci- <br /> fications and Special Provisions for the Construction of Redwood <br /> City Municipal Marina in the City of Redwood City, California," <br /> prepared by George S. Nolte, Consulting Civil Engineers, and on <br /> file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. Those certain plans entitled "Redwood City Municipal <br /> Marina," prepared by George S. Nolte, Consulting Civil Engineers, <br /> and on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the construction of said improvements and <br /> enlargements to the Redwood City Municipal Marina in accordance <br /> with the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement <br /> to be in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set <br /> forth in the abovementioned specifications. <br /> * * * <br />
