RESOLUTION NO. 3183 <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MODIFY AND AMEND <br /> PROCEEDINGS UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 3072 <br /> (REGENT STREET EXTENSION) <br /> RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the <br /> public interest and convenience require, and that it is the intention <br /> of said Council to make the following changes and modifications in <br /> had pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3072, ado <br /> proceedings p � ted p <br /> by the Council of Redwood City on May 9, 1960: <br /> Substitute one and one-half inch (1 -1/2 ") water services <br /> for one inch (1') water services, with a total of thirty <br /> (30) services, at an increased cost to be determined by <br /> the engineer of the work. <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED that Monday, September 12, 1960 at the hour of <br /> 8 :00 P.M. of said day, at the regular meeting place of the Council of <br /> Redwood City, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice <br /> and Records, Redwood City, California, is hereby fixed as the day, <br /> hour and place where any and all persons having any objections to the <br /> amendments, modifications and changes to said Resolution of Intention <br /> No. 3072 and the plans and specifications for the work to be done <br /> thereunder, may appear and show cause why the said amendments, modi- <br /> fications and changes should not be made, and for hearing all protests <br /> in relation thereto. <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed <br /> to publish this resolution once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily <br /> (except Sunday) newspaper, which publication shall be more than ten <br /> (10) days prior to September 12, 1960. <br />
