R E S O L U T I 410 411 <br /> 0 N N 0. 3171 adopted 8/1/60 <br /> AWARDING CONTRACT <br /> JONES COURT <br /> RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY as follows: <br /> 1. That the Council of Redwood City hereby rejects <br /> all proposals and bids for doing the work of making the im- <br /> provements described in Resolution of Intention No. 3120 <br /> except that next herein mentioned, and awards the contract <br /> for doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest <br /> responsible bidder, to wit: DOUGLASS & WOODHOUSE, a partner- <br /> ship, at the price named in said lowest responsible bidder's <br /> bid, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars. <br /> 2. The City Manager is hereby directed and autho- <br /> rized to execute a contract on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> City with said lowest responsible bidder for the performance <br /> of all of the work described in Resolution of Intention No. <br /> 3120, which contract shall provide that all work shall be <br /> one strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Engineer's <br /> Report and the plans and specifications approved by the Council <br /> of Redwood City. <br />
