R E S O L U T I ON N 0. 3169 adopted 9 /1/60 <br /> RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE <br /> JONES COURT <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer of Redwood City has <br /> ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages <br /> in the locality in which said public work is proposed to <br /> be performed for work of a similar character to that de- <br /> scribed in Resolution of Intention No. 3120, adopted June 2Y, <br /> 1960 by the Council of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth <br /> and contained in the specifications for said project, copies <br /> of which are on file in the office of said Engineer and also <br /> in the office of the Clerk of said City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has duly con- <br /> sidered said scale and finds the same to be correct in all <br /> particulars; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. That said wage scale as set forth in the speci- <br /> fications for the above - mentioned project is hereby adopted as <br /> the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar <br /> character to that above described in the locality in which <br /> said public work is proposed to be performed. <br /> 2. That no less than said general prevailing rate <br /> of per diem wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be <br /> performed under said Resolution of Intention No. 3120. <br />
