R E S O L U T I ON N 0. "i166 adopted Q /1/60 <br /> OVERRULING PROTESTS ON RESOLUTION <br /> OF INTENTION NO. 3120 <br /> JONES COURT <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City did, on <br /> June 27, 1960, adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 3120 <br /> to make certain public improvements in and for said City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the hearing on said Resolution <br /> of Intention and the Engineer's Report directed to be filed <br /> thereunder was given in the time, form and manner required <br /> by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, all written protests and other communica- <br /> tions were publicly read at the hearing on said Resolution <br /> of Intention and the Engineer's Report, and all persons <br /> desiring to be heard were fully heard: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City hereby <br /> resolves, determines and orders as follows: <br /> 1. That the protests against said acquisitions <br /> and improvements, as set out in said Resolution of Intention <br /> No. 3120, were not signed by the owners of a majority or more <br /> of the area of the lands within the assessment district to be <br /> assessed for the cost and expenses of said work. <br /> 2. That all protests to the proceedings and the <br /> Engineer's Report, filed pursuant to the aforementioned <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 3120, be, and each of them are, <br /> hereby overruled. <br />
